beef meatballs

The soup is just wonderful (and the meatballs are good too). I used to wonder how they made the soup, and recently, on a visit to Sumika in the Bay Area, the chef made us a special treat consisting of soup on flavored rice. The soup tasted surprisingly similar, and since Sumika specializes in chicken, now I'm even more intrigued about what's in the soup that this beef meatball place makes.
